The problem is with the sound being low with my cable box inputs. No headphone jack to add an external speaker amp. I did not know that this would be a problem.

Hard to register, want a manual, can't even figure out how to get my channels

I've always loved Philips TV's simply because of the most natural picture you'll ever find on any brand. Most importantly half the TV that is available has anti-reflective coating. This is so important because it protects your eyes from glare & therefore safe for long viewing periods. Prior to purchasing this particular model(32 inch Roku TV) I assumed that it would have AR coating as opposed to glossy screen. Unfortunately it is glossy!! I'm looking at the screen & I could see my own reflection on the screen...wow now that's the last thing you wanna see on your TV screen. It's a vicious circle- when you seen reflections on the screen you increase the brightness & this is bad for the eyes. My only request to Philips is that of all the TV models being launched every year at least make 1 or 2 TV's with AR coating as it would greatly help your consumers a broader choice. BTW I've attached a picture & believe be it's not a mirror:)
