5.1 3D Blu-ray Home theater

It was a refurbished product it looks and works just fine. Easy setup.

We're loving the HTB3524, which we bought to replace our old RCA home theater system. We got it because it was a mid-priced unit and i read reviews on Amazon and there was hardly anything bad about the unit. We have the unit hooked to our main TV in the living room and love the sound quality. We play through our DirecTV receiver and our attached media pc. The only issue with setup is that the speaker wires were way too short for our tastes (coming from the RCA system with mile long wires). Kind of disappointed that there's no local Upnp/DLNA streaming capability but love all the built in apps. Very good sound for such a low cost unit.

The biggest issue is the utube application because my internet connection is slow only part of the time I'm allowed to view utube .

So far only a few days using but works perfect well

I've had this machine and speakers for 3 years now. For about 12 months now the machine will not read the DVD'S or Blu rays. I have to constantly open and close the DVD holder until the matching will "read" it. I've opened and closed it as many as 30 times at one point just to get the machine to play a movie. It's a hassle. I don't understand why it is doing this.-

My family and I enjoyed this device for a couple of years and it never gave us any problems until now when all of the sudden the remote just stopped working out of nowhere. We replaced the batteries and even still it wont work. The cost for a replacement remote is just ridiculous. I really did enjoy this product just sad that it just stopped working out for us.

for the price this is overall a good value, it does sound great. I had issues with the remote that with a bit of hassle was able to get replaced overall a decent unit all tho I seem to have some issues with the wi-fi connectivity my modem is one room away and one some days it connects great and on others it doesn't but considering the price I'm overall happy with it

It connects to a wireless network. It is easy to use and set up. It doesn't have any options for apps like HULU and Amazon video which is really disappointing. Does have Netflix

The sound is great! But the disc drawer will not close correctly. After inserting the disc, I have to hit the close button and it says "no disc", so then I have to hit the button again 2 times fast and then it is fine. The sound is flawless while the movie is playing. But the picture sometimes just goes black. The movie is still playing and it sounds good but to see the movie, the player has to be shut off and restarted. Sometimes even that does not help. Other than those issues it is great. Unfortunately those are very annoying issues that lead me to be unsatisfied with the player.

Had this product less than a year and it will not read discs of any kind DVD or Blu ray. I thought it would be better.
